About the Role:
* Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote access
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with operational systems
* Conduct training sessions and procedural support for clients
* Identify potential new revenue opportunities and escalate to relevant teams
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
About You:
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a drive for great customer experience
* Thorough knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and basic SQL Server
* General networking understanding and printer hardware knowledge
* Good written and communication skills, with ability to work under pressure
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing technology landscapes

* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
