We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing Central Coast team. Working in modern medical centres alongside GPs and specialists, you will assess, treat, and manage a varied caseload including musculoskeletal, sports, WorkCover, CTP, and post-surgical patients.
You will deliver evidence-based treatments, develop exercise programs, and support patients through their rehabilitation journey. The Opportunity
We are currently seeking:
* 2 x Full-Time or
* 2 x Part-Time Physiotherapists
Start date: Immediate or within 4 weeks (with structured induction and training provided).
This role is ideal for:
* An experienced Physiotherapist (1–2+ years in private practice/MSK), or
* A recent graduate with a strong interest in private practice and a willingness to learn
Overseas applicants with full AHPRA registration are welcome to apply. (The Central Coast is classified as a rural area for visa purposes.)
What You'll Be Doing
* Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments
* Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy treatments
* Designing and implementing effective exercise programs
* Managing patient treatment plans end-to-end
* Liaising with Doctors, medical staff, and insurers
Your caseload will include:
* Musculoskeletal injuries
* Sports injuries
* Workers Compensation & CTP cases
* Post-surgical/orthopaedic rehabilitation
* Chronic condition management
* Gym-based rehab and supervised hydrotherapy sessions
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
* 1–2+ years MSK/private practice experience (preferred, but not essential for the right graduate)
* WorkCover approval (preferred) and APA membership (desirable)
* Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance ($5M)
* Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
* Excellent communication, time management, and patient care approach
