Adminstration Assistant and Office Support Extraordinaire
Part Time or Casual 9am – 2pm or 9:30am - 2:30pm. The hours could increase with time.

We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to greet our customers, answer calls and assist with administration tasks. This role would suit a parent of school children or someone wanting to work part time for life/work balance. The successful applicant will join a fantastic team and receive dedicated on the job training and support to develop their professional skills.
AWL Canopies has over 30 years' of experience as one of Australia's leading canopy and accessory manufacturers. Based just off the M1 in Yatala, our proud team offer sales and service support to a wide range of sectors and are passionate about driving our business to new heights.
About Your New Role
* Greeting customers and answering the phone
* Providing administration support
* Social media management
* Directing company correspondence
* Data entry and data base maintenance
* Assisting with the preparation of quotes, purchase orders and invoicing
* Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as required
Core responsibilities
* Communication: Answering and directing phone calls, drafting emails and correspondence, and acting as a point of contact for visitors and staff.
* Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and making travel arrangements.
* Document management: Preparing reports, documents, and presentations; creating and maintaining filing systems (both paper and electronic); and performing data entry.
* Office management: Ordering and managing office supplies, maintaining equipment, and handling mail and packages.
* Support: Providing general administrative support to other staff members, including executives, and assisting with tasks like preparing invoices or simple bookkeeping.
