Position Overview
We are looking for an Optical Lens Fitter to join the team-welcoming both experienced technicians and motivated newcomers. The role involves cutting and fitting lenses, supporting daily optical and lab operations, and working with a range of frames including premium and uniquely designed styles. Experienced applicants will utilise their existing technical skills, while trainees will receive structured, hands‑on training to build their knowledge in lens fitting and optical dispensing.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out, or learn to perform, lens cutting and fitting for spectacles
* Assist with day‑to‑day optical and laboratory workflow
* Work with standard frames as well as high‑end, uniquely crafted designs
* Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
* Work efficiently and productively in a fast‑paced environment
* Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements & Qualifications
