**About the Role**
As Transformation Analyst, you will contribute to a major transformation program around digitisation and optimisation of enabling services within Airservices. This program is a foundational step in Airservices journey to evolve our business model from a labour intensive, asset ownership approach to a highly automated more flexible offering enabled by managed service partnerships. You will be part of the Program Execution Office who is leading and coordinating the different initiatives across the organisation. These transformation initiatives are grouped into Program Execution Workstreams who are accountable for the delivery of target benefits.
Specific duties will include:
- Contribute to weekly meetings incl. but not limited to the preparation of input material, recording of decisions, tracking of actions
- Collate, analyse and summarize the inputs of those involved in the program activities (matrix organisation)
- Collate/prepare and ensure high quality of all materials (reports, presentations, minutes, etc.) presented in the different forums, incl. reporting to senior executives and BoCoordinate and support the use of software tools for the planning and tracking of initiatives, incl. support and coaching to other staff P
- Put in place and maintain data management environment and other tools as needed
- Be the expert/first point of contact for program participants with data questions
- Have a complete understanding of the data and its structure, and provide coaching as necessary
- Support on-boarding of new staff and/or contractors

- The ability to develop strong working relations and communicate well with roles of all levels
- Exceptional written and oral communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to structure information to meet the needs and understanding of the intended audience
- Demonstrated experience (5yrs) in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a digital transformation environment
- Demonstrated experience with collaboration and/or transformation digital tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, economics, or any related field
