We are a stable and reliable family-owned business and pride ourselves on our friendly and professional work culture. We are looking for either a couple (60 hours approx per week) or a single person (40 hours approx per week) to be the onsite community manager/caretaker team/person at our manufactured home park. The home park is under ongoing development, there are currently around 107 houses built, and a further 100 (approx) still to go.
An overview of duties that will be required:
1. Processing payments via EFTPOS;
2. Maintaining emergency contact details;
3. Assisting with onsite emergency training / evacuation simulations;
4. Managing risks within the Manufactured Home Park;
5. Enforcing the Manufactured Home Park Rules;
6. Assisting in resident dispute processes;
7. Working closely with maintenance staff in relation to the Manufactured Home Park landscaping, keeping all areas tidy and presented neatly;
8. Assisting with organising events for residents (ie. Christmas function, mother's/father's day celebrations etc);
9. Driving the community bus on occasion if required (and if the necessary license is held);
10. Open/Lock up Community Centre at the start and end of the day;
11. Open/Lock up access to the Park's property as necessary (for instance the maintenance staff shed and the Park store room);
12. Maintaining and operation of plant and equipment;
13. Liaison with outside maintenance contractors when required; and
14. Assistance with residents general queries and/or concerns.
15. RMS (Park Management System):
16. Adding new residents;
17. Processing receipts of site rental and utility payments;
18. Updating resident contact details as necessary.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
* Fit & capable of undertaking the job.
* Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with tenants
* Positive attitude.
* Have a hands-on approach and be capable of working independently and as part of team.
* Be well presented.
* Hold a current drivers' licence (light rigid license highly regarded).
* Excellent computer skills and confident with the MS Office suite.
* Experience with RMS management system or any management system is favourable.
* Excellent Time management skills.
* Ability to multi-task.
