Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Senior Business Analyst. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a high level of expertise in business analysis and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to provide advice and guidance on business matters. They will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements to produce functional and technical specifications for system changes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in ICT Business Analyst roles, full project and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience, and excellent stakeholder engagement and communications skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic and operational advice to stakeholders
* Collect, analyze, and document requirements for system changes
* Develop and maintain collaborative working arrangements with other teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum tertiary qualifications relevant to the position
* Qualifications or ability to gain qualifications in project management frameworks such as PRINCE2
* Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office
* Current paid Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain prior to commencement)
* Willingness and capacity to travel within the Diocese, as required
* Physically capable of performing the role safely
