Ensure product launches are aligned across all channels (direct, retail, distributors, partners)
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
Liaise closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Creative/Digital teams to ensure launches are cohesive and well supported
Drive cross-functional coordination across product, design, PR, digital, and regional stakeholders
Support internal readiness by coordinating key launch assets, product messaging, and training tools
Market & Competitor Insights
Translate insights into actionable recommendations to support feature definition and product-market fit
Support benchmarking and customer feedback loops to guide product improvements
Support tracking of launch outcomes and product performance (where applicable) to inform future planning
Assist with ROI-driven planning and marketing spend alignment for product initiatives (in collaboration with Marketing)
Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, communication, and delivery processes
What We're Looking For
Strong organisation and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator who can work across multiple teams and stakeholder levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with both technical/product teams and commercial teams

Analytical mindset with interest in product trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Experience & Skills
3+ years Experience in a coordination role (product, marketing, operations, or cross-functional teams)
Exposure to product development workflows and/or go-to-market planning
Experience creating launch timelines, internal comms, and structured documentation
Familiarity with tools like / Asana / Trello / Jira (or similar)
