Dustins Investments Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Accounts Clerk to join our team in Winnellie, NT. This position supports our accounting and administrative functions and plays an key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Financial Processing
- Daily reconciliation and allocation of servicing parts receipts.
- Receipting and recording all funds related to vehicle sales.
- Processing daily credit card sales and maintaining transaction records.
- Processing end-of-month statements and day-to-day invoices.
- Reconciling supplier statements and following up on outstanding invoices.
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable documentation.
- Updating financial records in the accounting system with accuracy.
- Supporting monthly financial reporting by preparing supporting documents.
Data Entry & Record Management
- Inputting new vehicle information into internal databases.
- Reporting all sold items through the database and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Maintaining organised filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
- Ensuring all financial and administrative records comply with company policies.
- Assisting with preparing documents required for audits or internal reviews.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,001.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Winnellie NT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

- Full Driver Licence (Required)
