Ideal candidates will have:
10. Previous experience in a commercial Pastry kitchen is desired
11. Strong understanding of baking and pastry produce, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume operation
13. Exceptional eye for detail
14. The right "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn new cuisines and techniques.
15. Flexibility to work and commit on a rotating roster that can include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
