We are seeking a Receptionist with experience working in an accounting firm to join a well‐established professional services practice.

Position Purpose

As the Receptionist, you will be the face of the business, delivering a professional and welcoming front‐of‐house experience. You will also support the broader administration team, ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day running of the office.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible and hands‐on role where you will take ownership of reception while supporting client service processes in an accounting environment.

Key responsibilities include:

* Greeting clients and visitors warmly and professionally
* Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
* Maintaining meeting rooms and shared office spaces
* Coordinating catering and office amenities
* Handling couriers, mail, and deliveries
* Supporting Client Services Administrators with document preparation
* Collating and organising client documentation for submission to the ATO
* Assisting with general administrative and office coordination tasks
About You – What You'll Bring

You are a polished, confident Receptionist with prior accounting or professional services experience, and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and client service.

You will bring:

* Proven experience in an accounting firm (essential)
* Strong understanding of client service processes in professional services
* Experience supporting administrative or client services teams
* High attention to detail, particularly for compliance documentation (e.g., ATO submissions)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional presentation and phone manner
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Solid computer literacy
