Business Trainer and Coach Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified and experienced business trainer to deliver and assess business qualifications across Australia.
Main Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, including entrepreneurship and communication strategies.
* Deliver high-quality training sessions and assessments for students enrolled in business qualifications.
* Provide constructive feedback to students through remote assessments and mentorship.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and training activities.
* Collaborate with the team to improve and adapt training resources.
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE or higher)
* Experience in the relevant industry (accounting, business, marketing, leadership etc.)
* Strong communication skills, particularly in an online learning environment
* Proficiency with online learning platforms and Microsoft Office (or equivalent)
* A self-driven approach to remote work
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
* Ability to pass a National Police Check
