Dietician Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Dietician to join our team in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert input to the Executive Chef to ensure food safety and nutritional compliance across all menus and offerings.
* Assess the nutritional content of foods and diets, including macro- and micronutrient values.
* Apply sound knowledge of food safety standards and practices to prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a large-scale food service, Defence, or healthcare environment. They must also hold a Bachelor's degree in science or a related discipline and a postgraduate qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Science, or a similar field.
