Responsibilities
* Manage the full procure-to-pay process for mining parts, services, and consumables
* Source and place orders with preferred suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery
* Expedite parts and manage vendor follow-ups, back orders, and overdue items
* Coordinate with couriers, freight providers, and internal teams to resolve queries
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in a purchasing role, ideally in mining or heavy industry
* Hands-on experience with mechanical or mining equipment parts
* Skilled in ERP systems
* Strong time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
