We are proud to be driving a program that delivers positive environmental, social and economic impacts, and we’re continuing to invest in innovative solutions that ensure all can access the benefits Containers for Change bringsThe Role: As our Network Lead you’ll be responsible for overseeing our Container Refund Point network within the Brisbane region. Reporting to our Network Manager you’ll play a key part in driving operational excellence by ensuring compliance, enhancing safety and optimising performance across our network.Stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction: Collaborate with operators to improve recovery rates, manage operator touchpoints and complaints and implement NPS cards to measure and enhance satisfaction.Compliance and safety management: Ensure adherence to compliance standards, conduct regular site audits and operator reviews and implement standard operating procedures to maintain a compliant work environment.Operational efficiency and cost control: Monitor and manage network costs, maintain traffic and movement plans and oversee incident reporting and resolution.Continuous improvement and innovation: Drive ongoing improvements in customer experience, identify growth opportunities and support innovation through regular performance reviews and feedback loops.Who You Are: Our values - be proactive, value others, work together, contribute positively and be transparent are at the heart of our exceptional culture, so we’re looking for team members who not only share them, but are eager to be part of a team that brings them to life.
