As a Casual Real Estate Telemarketer & Prospector, you will play a crucial part in generating new business opportunities and driving the growth of our residential sales operation.What you'll be doingProactively making outbound calls to prospective clients and nurturing warm leadsIdentifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysisScheduling appointments and arranging property viewings for our sales teamMaintaining accurate records and database management to track lead generation effortsProviding exceptional customer service and building solid relationships with potential clientsCollaborating with the sales team to support the overall business development strategyWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably within the real estate industryMinimum 12 months\' experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence effectivelyExceptional phone manner with clear, confident speaking voiceExcellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a teamA results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales targetsFamiliarity with real estate sales processes and terminologyProficiency in using CRM systems and data management toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for record keepingReal Estate Licence is profferedFull Australian working rights or valid work visaWhat we offerAt Leading Realty Sunshine Coast, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
