Eligibility : Open to Everyone Classification: ASO3 Salary Range: $67,589 - $72,033 + Superannuation Duration: Up to 2 years Vacancy Type: Full Time Number of Positions Available: 1 Closing Date: 11:30pm, Thursday 11th December **** About the Opportunity The Information Officer psychosocial is responsible for providing a responsive customer focused contact service, and accurate, quality and timely information relating to work health and safety and state industrial relations legislation administered by SafeWork SA including psychosocial issues at the workplace.
The role works collaboratively in a team environment and captures and records notifications and complaints related to workplace hazards.
About the Business SafeWork SA is a business unit within Attorney-General's Department and is responsible for providing work, health and safety, public safety, and state-based industrial relations services across South Australia.
As a regulator, our Investigators and Inspectors ensure work, health and safety, and public safety standards are met, and appropriate action is taken when breaches of laws are detected.
We also help people better understand their work health and safety responsibilities.
