A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing real estate business as a Trust Accounts Assistant. This role is perfect for someone with accounts experience who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment with flexibility and a great team culture.
The Role Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing multiple email inboxes for invoices and correspondence
* Ensuring accurate entry of supplier and tenant invoices
* Uploading and processing client invoices into trust accounting software
* Assisting with daily and monthly trust account bank reconciliations
* Responding to email enquiries from clients where appropriate
* Drafting basic correspondence as required
* Supporting corrections of BPAY returns and banking uploads
* General administrative support as needed
About You We’re looking for someone who is:
* A confident communicator with a professional and proactive attitude
* Experienced in accounts (real estate experience preferred)
* Highly organised with strong administration skills
* Familiar with trust accounting systems such as PropertyTree or PropertyMe (preferred)
* Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environment
No car or Certificate of Registration required for this role.
