Overview
Sunbuild is looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead an onsite team to deliver quality construction projects across the greater Darwin region in a mixture of NT Government and private sector works.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the management, supervision, coordination and programming of sub-contractors, suppliers, and Sunbuild staff on site as well as consulting with the client. They must also be aware of, and assist in the implementation of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures.
Responsibilities
* Manage, supervise, coordinate and program sub-contractors, suppliers and Sunbuild staff on site.
* Consult with the client and coordinate with project stakeholders.
* Assist in the implementation of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures on site.
To be successful for this position you must have
* Relevant trade qualifications
* Preferred minimum 5 years' practical experience in a similar role
* Site management experience
* A thorough knowledge of all major trades including services trades and structure
* Strong, confident leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills
* A sound knowledge and understanding of working to budgets
* The ability to program and work to timelines using MS Project
* The ability to work and problem solve under pressure
* Sound computer skills
* Experience with Procore
* Experience in MS Project
* Current valid Working rights in Australia
* Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate from interstate or New Zealand

* Previous experience with Procore
