About the Role

OR, if you have worked within the project homes or real estate industry supporting sales consultants or within a customer service role and are a superstar‑supporter in this area, this role is also for you OR- perhaps you love stunning, newly built, modern project homes and want to immerse yourself in this environment to help excited customers build their dreams.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside the Home Sales Consultants, you will kick‑start your sales career learning from experienced sales guns. The project home builder you will represent has a long‑standing household name in the NSW housing market and is consistently known for their brand and quality builds, meaning you can truly work on selling a brand you can trust.
We have a fantastic role available in a newly built display centre in Warnervale Homeworld.
Responsibilities
* Meet & greet all customers entering the display home centres and maintain the home centre
* Qualify all clients and leads
* Manage CRM database
* Book meetings for Home Consultants
* Conduct market research
* Report on trends and provide feedback to Manager & Sales Consultants regarding customer visits
* Understand marketing material
About You
You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment.
* 1‑2 years professional experience within a sales role and environment
* Experience within residential construction is a MUST
* Ability to multi‑task and prioritise a changing workload
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Available to work on weekends & public holidays; you will work a 5‑day roster with weekdays off.
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of $60 K‑$65 K + superannuation.
