About the Role
This is a diverse, hands-on position involving a mix of administrative and personal support tasks, including:
* Diary, email, and travel management (flights, hotels, holidays)
* Coordinating household and lifestyle logistics (cleaners, maintenance, deliveries)
* Paying bills, checking accounts, and monitoring cash flow
* Grocery shopping, dry cleaning, parcel collection, and errands
* Booking personal appointments (doctors, dentists, massages, etc.)
* General administrative support across multiple business interests

About You
You are someone who:
* Is naturally organised, detail-focused, and efficient
* Enjoys bringing order to busy, complex schedules
* Communicates clearly and handles confidential matters with discretion
* Is comfortable using digital tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, online bookings)
* Has a proactive, solutions-focused approach — no task too big or too small
Prior experience in administration, executive or personal assistance, or office management will be highly regarded, but the right attitude and reliability are key.
