Role Description
This is a part-time role (Monday - Thursday) as a Commercial Lawyer based in Sydney, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, providing strategic legal advice, analysing and resolving legal issues and ensuring compliance regarding data privacy and other relevant regulations. You will engage collaboratively with clients to address their business needs effectively while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial law
* Proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
* Ability to provide accurate and strategic legal advice
* Understanding of data privacy laws and compliance requirements
* Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Admission as a solicitor in Australia with a current practicing certificate
* Experience in technology and telecommunications law is highly advantageous
