Staff Wellbeing Coordinator
About This Role
This position involves contributing to initiatives that promote health and wellbeing in schools.
You will provide expert advice and support to staff members who are facing challenging situations, helping them develop resilience and overall wellbeing.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategies to improve staff wellbeing across the region by consulting with key stakeholders and providing guidance to school-based staff on how to address wellbeing issues.
* Liaise with regional teams and schools to coordinate, promote, and implement health and wellbeing initiatives.
* Provide regular updates to the Regional Office and Staff Wellbeing team on progress made towards addressing and supporting staff wellbeing.
* Deliver engaging presentations and workshops on staff wellbeing as required at conferences and forums to enhance staff capability.
* Establish connections and collaborate with key partners across the department and other agencies to successfully implement health and wellbeing initiatives throughout schools in the region.
* Represent the department in various forums on matters related to departmental health and wellbeing activities and initiatives.
