We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team as part of our IT department. The role will report to the IT Manager and is responsible for company-wide IT support through the help desk and hands-on support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide level 1 support including network, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 11) and virtualization technologies (VMWare).
* Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
* Asset management for all equipment.
The Ideal Candidate
* Certificate in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
