About the Role
Based in Silverwater, a great opportunity has opened up for an experienced Inventory Pricing Administrator. This role is a permanent, full-time position which provides inventory and administrative support to the Distribution Services team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Company's inventory function including maintaining pricing elements of all inventory items within Pronto.
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:-
* Entering data in an accurate and timely manner
* Ensuring supplier and inventory data is accurately maintained and reflected in Pronto
* Daily monitoring and control of inventory via Excel and Pronto
* Assisting with yearly and periodical stocktakes
* Responsibility and coordination of freight movements and charges
* Raising of purchase orders
* Other administrative duties, as requested
We require someone who possesses the following qualities:
* A motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task
* Attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
* Ability to achieve deadlines with excellent time management skills
* Strong focus on delivering customer service excellence
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), Pronto (or other ERP's)
