We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Precast Concrete Estimator.
About the Role
* As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for analysing and reviewing tender request packages, client requests for quotation proposals and detailed construction bid drawing sets and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* You will work closely with our project managers to ensure each estimate has a clear and definitive accompanying scope of work.
* Collaborate with other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordinate the estimation process.
Skill Requirements:
* High level ability to interpret and understand architectural and structural drawings is essential.
* Experience working with precast concrete is highly desirable, although not essential.
* A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail is required.
