Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and strategic support to our Chief Executive (CE). This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth operation of the CE's office and contributes to the broader success of TCorp.
The Executive Assistant will be accountable for:
* Managing the CE's schedule, travel, and engagements with precision and discretion.
* Acting as a trusted liaison, handling communications, correspondence, and briefing materials.
* Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
* Coordinating internal and external events, including logistics and stakeholder engagement.
* Providing occasional support to the General Manager, Technology.
* Leading corporate social event coordination via the TCorp events schedule.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior Executive Assistant role.
* Ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism.
* Highly developed planning, coordination and prioritisation skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Advanced level Microsoft Office Suite.
* Event management experience and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* Experience in financial markets or a corporate environment preferred.
