We support older people to experience wellbeing, choice, and independence through our Physiotherapy services.
* This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, managing your own caseload while still being connected to a broader organisational support structure.
* Make a Local Impact: Be a key part of supporting older adults in the community, providing essential home-based Physiotherapy services.
As a qualified Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering essential services. You'll provide focused home-based services for older clientele (65+) with a variety of health conditions, accessing services through their Home Care Package (HCP).
You will work autonomously, managing your own caseload primarily in Mildura, with occasional outreach to Swan Hill as needed. You will have access to regular one-to-one clinical supervision and support from the Clinical Lead.

Requirements
As a qualified Physiotherapist, you will need:
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Valid driver's license
