Job Description
We seek individuals with reception/administration experience interested in a full-time role in Brisbane’s occupational rehabilitation sector.
Full-time position
Greeting and assisting clients and visitors
Handling mail, deliveries, and office supplies
Managing calls and emails
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining a tidy reception area
Accurate data entry into client database
Engaging with our friendly team
Qualifications
Cert III in Business Administration or similar is desirable but not essential. We value a friendly, helpful, and positive team player.
You Will Also Have
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Attention to detail
Customer service skills
Problem-solving initiative
Self-motivation and process adherence
Ability to work independently and in a team
Professional communication skills
Discretion with sensitive information
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Professional appearance
Experience in medical/health admin is a plus but not essential
QLD Driver Licence
