Position Overview: As an All-Rounder, you'll be involved in various tasks, from taking orders and serving customers to helping out in the kitchen. You'll be the face of Brew n Brew, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and take customer orders with a friendly, welcoming attitude
* Serve food and beverages quickly and accurately
* Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks
* Help maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas
* Handle cash and process payments
* Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality environment preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
