Our client is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join their teams as a Service Advisor at both their Pilbara sites. This role would ideally suit someone currently doing this type of role or similar. This role is a residential role and relocation to the area is required. Shared accommodation is offered at the Newman site.
This role would suit someone that is looking to get away from big city life whilst earning an excellent salary with extra perks such as rental assistance. The Service Advisor carries out a range of duties related to being the key contact between the customer and the dealership, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, while ensuring customer satisfaction
**Duties included**:
- Meeting and greeting clients, customers and visitors
- Answering all incoming calls and directing appropriately
- Taking enquires and service bookings
- Keeping customers up to date with vehicle progress
- Estimating the cost and time needed to complete a job
- Liaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Gaining authorisation for extra work
- Helping bring new business into the service department
- Promoting the dealership and the Toyota brand
**Skills and experience**
- Previous Toyota experience would be highly advantageous
- Must have high attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional customer service with a pleasant & professional phone manner
- Ideally have experience working with Dealer Management System
- TUNE
- Sound knowledge of auto mechanics
- Ability to work with both the public and shop technicians in a courteous and professional manner
- Customer service focused
- Previous manufacturer warranty processing experience would be advantageous
A great remuneration is on offer, including good retainer, commission and rental assistance in some locations. Top performers should see OTE of c$100,000.
