Responsibilities
- Perform financial data reconciliations
- Prepare accounting journal entries
- Resolve unmatched entries, actively seeking solutions to minimize these differences
- Identify weaknesses in daily operations, suggest and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with various accounting stakeholders to ensure smooth monthly account closures, accurate and timely financial reporting
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as required
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, including Big Four audit experience
- Hands-on experience in a dynamic work workplace
- Team player with strong adaptability
- Proactive and results-oriented problem solver
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
