The Person
* Assisting the Manager with everyday tasks
* Experience in retail and large volume function catering
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
* Experience in workplace health and safety issues
* Strong communication with client, staff and customers
* Holds a current WWCC or ability to obtain
* Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
* Has a current RSA with the knowledge of managing a liquor license
The Position
* Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training both front and back of house
* Hours are mainly Tuesday to Saturday during the school term
* Plan and organise events
* Manage labour and food costs
* Lead and manage staff members
* Maintain client and customer satisfaction
* Perform administrative duties
