Coordinate and provide accurate, timely and confidential executive, secretarial and administrative support to the CIP Directors, Senior Management, and other staff.Maintain CIP financial records, through the accurate preparation and processing of payments and expenditure claims.Undertake diary management, including coordinating and organising meetings, interviews and functions.Assist with CIP recruitment, induction, on-boarding and separation processes.Booking and administering of CIP's (QFleet) vehicles.Co-ordinate the booking and management of CIP staff travel.Conduct reconciliations in a timely manner including travel, telecommunications and QFleet vehicles. Prepare and circulate excess recreational leave balance and Evolve mandatory training reports.Order stationery supplies and conduct stocktaking procedures.Maintain efficient and up-to-date filing and information retrieval systems to assist in the collection and collation of documents relevant to all CIP Courts and Programs.Prepare routine correspondence and other material, in relation to project and program matters, as directed by the CIP Directors, Senior Management or the Business Manager. Perform other duties, as required, that support the delivery of services as directed by the CIP Directors, Senior Management or the Business Manager.Supports, contributes to and cultivates cultural capability within the operations of programs established under the Courts Innovation Program to assist vulnerable people coming into contact with the justice system.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
