Front Desk Administrator

Jobfit Health Group is a leading occupational healthcare provider with wholly owned and operated centres across Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking a Front Desk Administrator who aligns with our values, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a lasting positive impression from the moment of arrival until departure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the telephone, welcoming and assisting candidates with their medical paperwork and verifying photo identification, supporting the clinical team with daily clinic setup and administrative tasks.

This part-time position is based in Joondalup, Western Australia, Monday to Wednesday, 22.5 hours per week, with a comprehensive training program provided upon commencement.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing exceptional customer service and creating a professional atmosphere
* Maintaining accurate records and administering medical paperwork
* Supporting the clinical team with daily operations and tasks
* Verifying candidate identification and processing medical documentation

* Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
