This is a full-time role at our Ballarat practice. Prior dental experience is highly regarded but not essential - the right person will receive expert, structured training to succeed across both dental assisting and reception responsibilities.

The role
- Assisting dentists to deliver high-quality treatments with care and precision
- Learning infection control and clinical preparation to become an expert in dental standards
- Preparing and maintaining clinical areas and equipment
- Supporting patients with kindness and empathy before, during, and after treatment
- Continuous hands-on learning in a wide range of dental treatments
- Reception duties when required

- Previous dental or medical reception/assistant experience is an advantage, but not essential.
