Your Skills And Qualifications
* Certificate IV Kitchen Management
* 5 years minimum demonstrated Industry work history
* Demonstrated Industry, VET & Training & Assessment currency
* TAE 40116 Cert IV Training & Assessment
* Experience in delivering classroom and workplace-based training (or desire to do so)
* Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to think outside the box
* Excellent time management, ability to multi‐skill and attention to detail
* Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance standards
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Competent computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Your Role
You will be:
* Delivering and assessing qualifications and units of competency, meeting training standard requirements within aligned training packages
* Demonstrated student management skills
* Building and maintaining relationships with industry
* Reading and interpreting training packages and validating resources for course delivery
* Creating session and training plans
* Supporting students in all modes of training delivery
* Positively contributing to assessment validation and quality processes
* Providing a positive learning environment with support and understanding for students
* Delivery to our students who can be school‐based, or workplace‐based apprentices.
