HR Business Partner | Manufacturing | $130,000 | Southwest Sydney
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for partnering with leaders and supporting operational teams?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business that is a household name in its industry.
Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, this role will see you working closely with frontline leaders across production, logistics, and maintenance to deliver hands-on HR support while also contributing to strategic initiatives that genuinely impact the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Provide trusted HR advice and coaching to leaders on all aspects of people management.
Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations and case management.
Support and guide performance management, workforce planning, and cultural initiatives.
Interpret and apply industrial instruments, including enterprise agreements.
Partner with managers to influence and implement HR strategies that support operational success.
Contribute to safety, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives that drive a positive workplace culture.
Use HR systems and data insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Support ad hoc HR operations as required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor role, ideally within a blue-collar, unionised or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, workplace investigations, and industrial instruments.
Experience with workforce planning, talent development, or cultural change initiatives.
Confidence in interpreting and applying enterprise agreements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
