What you'll be doing:
* Minimum 2 inspections per annum on all Perth properties
* Attend all final bond inspections
* Mentor and develop their assistant with the goal of transitioning them into a Junior PM role
* Stay three months ahead on lease renewals
* Maintain no more than 2% arrears
* Confidently attend court and negotiate on an owner's behalf
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and create agreements accordingly
* Deliver excellent service to both tenants and landlords
* The ability to create accurate and professional marketing
* Work collaboratively and treat colleagues with respect, courtesy, and kindness
* Ability to understand and use AI
What you'll need:
* Minimum 3 years as a Senior PM
* Advanced Microsoft skills
* Intermediate knowledge of IRE & Property Me
* Consistent industry experience, with up-to-date knowledge of legislation changes
* Team player – comfortable in an open office environment
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a service-focused approach to both tenants and landlords
* Self-starter with a hunger to learn and grow professionally
