The role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a highly successful team in our business who deliver to some of our largest clients. Delivering across Projects, Change, Transformation & Technology the team has built strong relationships across Financial Services, Education and Government. With established agreements in place, a track record of success, this role is focused on growth.
Responsibilities:
* Inspiring Leadership:
Mentor, coach, and develop a team of talented recruitment consultants, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Strategic Growth:
Develop and execute a strategic vision for your market specialisation, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
* Client Partnership:
Cultivate and strengthen senior level relationships with key clients, to ensure you and your team are trusted advisors in the market.
* Commercial Acumen:
Take full ownership of your team's budget and performance, ensuring profitability and commercial success.
* Brand Ambassadorship:
Champion the Morgan McKinley brand and our "Go Beyond" ethos both internally and externally.
Skills & Experience:
* Significant experience as a 360-degree recruitment consultant, with a history of consistent and impressive billings.
* Proven leadership experience, either in a formal management role or as a senior consultant/team lead with a passion for mentoring others.
* Exceptional business development and stakeholder management skills.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
* Resilience, ambition, and a genuine desire to build a long-term career with a global leader.
