Full time and Casual positions available.
Maintenance Manager
* Reporting Directly to the commercial manager, the successful candidate for this role will have the ability to be able to schedule several maintenance crews to service our sites.
* Liasing directly with clients on site to ensure they are happy with the work being undertaken
* Conducting internal audits on projects
* Organising off-maintenance inspections and handovers with clients.
* Liasing with the Construction Manager to put construction projects on to establishment maintenance.
* Strong knowledge on maintenance practices and procedures.
* Irrigation knowledge desirable.
* Salary package with company vehicle and laptop on offer.
Maintenance Team Leaders
* Ability to work autonomously whilst also managing a small crew when required
* Communicationg with the maintenance manager and clients.
* filling out job specific reports and identifying any potential issues to be rectified on future visits.
* conducting audits on new and old projects
* Company Vehicle provided.
* Fantastic problem solving skills
* Irrigation troubleshooting and maintenance (highly desiralble)
Parks and Gardens Apprentices - Full Time
* Passionate about gardening and maintaining greenspaces
* career progression mindset
Maintenance Crew Members - Full Time and Casual Positions Available
* Mowing, edging, topdress and applying fertilizer.
* Planting, mulching, manual weed removal and spraying
* Removal of unwanted plants and replacement of failed plants
* Weed, pest and disease control / identification
Minimum Requirements for all roles
* Construction White Card
* Current Drivers Licence (Manual preferred)
* Own Transport to get to job sites.
Highly Desirable
* RII Machinery Tickets
* Chemical Tickets
* MR License
