We are looking for an Enterprise Systems Lead to join our growing team at Data#3
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the technical owner for Technology systems/applications for a discrete function of the organisation
* Ensure delivery of multiple business systems, enhancements and process transformation initiatives including process, technology, compliance, strategy, and people elements
* Mining experience highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure technology initiatives meet quality assurance, risk management and process improvement criteria consistent with best practice methodologies and regulatory requirements.
* Identify, develop, implement and lead multiple simultaneous business systems projects
* Develop, implement, lead and deliver quality training and post-implementations review for multiple simultaneous business systems projects.
* Ensure new systems align with the Enterprise Architecture principles.
* Lead the distribution of business and process analyst resources across multiple simultaneous projects.
* Ensure backup of key project resources, taking proactive corrective action if a project is in difficulty.
* Maintain short- and long-term plans for the business system components (modules), including preparation of budgets.
* Lead operational relationships with key business partners/stakeholders affected by system upgrades/enhancements.
* Monitor project budgets, analysing budget variances and recommending appropriate action
Experience
* 5+ years demonstrated experience (in enterprise systems management, implementation, or related roles, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
* Demonstrated extensive understanding of enterprise systems architecture, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and other business applications.
* Demonstrated understanding of process improvement methods and tools such as six sigma, process modelling and workflow automation
Must Have
* Server Management: Virtualization experience (VMware), DNS & DHCP etc.
* Certificate Management (Public SSL & Internal Root CA management) -- bit focal point
* Remote Desktop (Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS)) & Remote Access Technologies (traditional VPNs & ZTA desirable).
* Azure Cloud Platform (resource deployment and management) (not interested in someone who has only managed IaaS, Users/Groups & M365 licensing).
* M365 Administration (Tenant-level; SharePoint Online; MS Teams & Exchange Online)
* Modern web technologies, OAuth 2.0 & SAML 2.0 from a configuration/troubleshooting perspective
* ITSM process & change management
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
