Package up to $156,253. Base salary ranges from $90,177 to $137,861 plus leave loading and superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.

Position Information
Murrumbidgee Regional High School – Griffith is a newly de-merged secondary school situated in Griffith, with a 2025 enrolment of 575 students. The enrolment profile includes 107 students with an Aboriginal Heritage, 143 with a Pasifika background, and a significant number of students from EAL/D backgrounds. The school seeks to continue building on the growing academic performance of students, supporting them through strong academic, cultural, sporting and vocational pathways.
Specific Selection Criteria
* Approval to teach Industrial Technology Timber.
* Demonstrated capacity to use effective classroom management skills and wellbeing practices to create a classroom environment that is engaging, inclusive and fosters a culture of high expectations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and connections between staff, students and the wider community.
Conditions
Successful applicants may be entitled to a Recruitment Bonus of $20,000 (Conditions Apply). A Relocation Support Payment of $5,000 up to $8,000 will be available for eligible applicants. An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
