You'll work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Department Managers, and together, you'll be accountable for delivering value to our customers and creating a workplace where team members feel safe and connected around our purpose.As a leader who cares, you'll play a key role in supporting and coaching the Assistant Store Manager, Department Managers and their teams. You'll help them continue to grow their careers and deliver consistently good operational standards and customer service every day. We serve over 1000+ communities, which means our Store Managers need to lead their large and dynamic teams with a connected and caring approach.
