We are currently looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team to deliver a fast and effective customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who gains purpose in balancing data accuracy, customer service, identifying risk and ensuring each application is processed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Duties and Responsibilities
Process and assess Rent Now, Buy Later credit applications with accuracy and care.
Delivering high-quality credit assessments for internal stakeholders within required turnaround times, consistently meeting individual KPIs while contributing to overall team performance.
Reconcile documentation, verify applicant details, and identify missing or inconsistent information.
Interpret financial data and credit reports to support sound credit decisions.
Use Equifax and other credit reporting tools to validate applicant information.
Flag and investigate potential fraud or irregularities, maintaining the highest level of diligence.
Collaborate with team members to improve systems, workflows, and customer outcomes.
Skills and Attributes
2+ years' experience assessing B2B credit applications or similar.
A qualification relevant to the role (highly desirable but not necessary).
Confidence using Equifax and other credit-checking platforms.
Strong analytical ability; comfortable interpreting bank statements, tax portals, and financial documents.
Understanding of credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong understanding of the sales process and customer service principles.
Ability to build strong rapport with clients at all levels.
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.
