Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and grow our net customer base through new business leads, recorded visits, and optimized sales opportunities.

* Maximize distribution targets for our Out of Home brands in each customer, ensuring timely delivery of new products and meeting ROI criteria.

* Implement agreed monthly targets, achieve merchandise excellence, and return on investment requirements.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, participate in company OH&S programs, and ensure accurate data entry via CRM systems.

What You Need to Succeed

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. A proven track record of developing strong customer relationships and experience in field sales (2-5 years) is essential.
