Recruitment Consultant @ Ivory Group | Building & Construction Recruitment Specialist ABOUT THE COMPANY. Are you a driven Contracts Administrator looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, an award-winning commercial construction company, is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their Sydney division and work on exciting commercial projects across a variety of sectors. Specializing in high-end fit-outs and refurbishments, they have a strong track record of success in the commercial, hospitality, retail, industrial, government, and education sectors. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the end-to-end delivery of both current and upcoming projects within their NSW division and provides a clear pathway for progression up to Project Management.
ABOUT THE POSITION. As a Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and collaborate with site, design, and project teams to successfully deliver multiple projects across NSW, from the initial design phase through to completion. Managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects valued up to $20 million, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, while liaising with clients and stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of quality and delivery.

Tertiary qualification in a building-related discipline is preferable 3+ years of experience in a Contracts Administrator role is essential Experience working on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects over $2M is preferable A strong track record of stability with previous employers CULTURE.
