Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time Scheduler to join our team based in Osborne Park office. The role involves working closely with the scheduling and construction teams, assisting with administration for site supervisors, reconciling invoices, and liaising with trades and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Raise and manage orders for suppliers and subcontractors.
* Split and forward purchase orders to relevant suppliers, providing copies to Supervisors and Schedulers.
* Manage and process all invoice exceptions from accounts payable.
* Raise extra orders for additional works done on site as requested by site supervisors.
* Perform additional duties as directed by the Scheduling Manager.
