Description
Financial Reporting & Compliance
* Month‐end journals, bank, intercompany and general ledger reconciliations
* Monthly corporate reporting via OneStream, including variance analysis
* Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
* Ensure compliance with GST and statutory requirements
Business Partnering & Process Improvement
* Partner with senior finance and sales stakeholders
* Support divisional and corporate reporting requests
* Contribute to process improvements, controls and best practice documentation
Accounting Operations
* End-to-end AR and AP, including credit control and month-end close
* Customer credit reviews, overdue debt management and discrepancy resolution
* Payroll processing, entitlements management, payroll tax and Workers Compensation returns
* Preparation and submission of BAS
Profile
* Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business
* Strong Excel capability
* Solid understanding of GST and Australian statutory compliance
* Clear communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously
