The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Safety & Wellbeing Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe delivery of Project Delivery Services (PDS) within Defence programs by developing and implementing robust WHS strategies, systems, and training.
This role is pivotal in fostering a safety-first culture, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with Commonwealth legislation and Defence standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing WHS management processes in accordance with the Commonwealth Legislation and Defence Instructions.
